About Me...

My name is Chele. Over the years I've watched my weight go up and my health go down. I was always the chubby kid, except for a time period in high school, I really took control and fought it.

Once I went away to college I started fighting illness after illness. First, it always seemed like I went from one cold or flu to the next. Then, my lower back & sacroiliac joints started hurting. Next, I was tired all the time, I mean falling asleep in the middle of speaking during a phone call! Diabetes, then sleep apnea. These were followed by aching, fatigue, and overall pain.

It took 15 years to receive an accurate diagnosis. I won't go through the list, but the final diagnosis is Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS), Psoriatic Arthritis, and bursitis. During this time I gained more and more weight, and with AS little hope of losing it since the doctor's say exercise is a definite NO.

Then my friend really forced me to try the Visalus Shakes. I not only loved them, but they inspired me to take control of the health issues I can control, like diabetes, high blood pressure, & high cholesterol.
